Our Process–It’s Simple!
INITIAL MEETING
We visit and get a first hand look at the existing conditions to help you understand the possibilities involved with your project.
PROPOSAL
We offer you a clear and detailed proposal of what your project would entail along with an estimated duration of project timing based on weather and availability of the necessary materials.
DESIGN & ARCHITECTURAL
If architectural plans are required, we have an experienced team available or we would be happy to just use any plans you provide us.
CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
Too much detail in writing the construction agreement never hurts, so our construction contract is geared to be as detailed, clear and transparent as it can be for your peace of mind.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
We gather all the necessary permits to get started on your project. We also take this time to order in any required items that could affect the timeline of our project.
DURING CONSTRUCTION
Once the proper permits have been issued, we will pick a start date to begin our project. During this time, communication is key to have a successful project completion, and we will keep you regularly informed on the progress and details of the project. Should any unforeseen work or desired changes come up, you can relax–we will not incur you with additional work charges without first obtaining your written authorization.
FINISHED PRODUCT
Your remodel or addition is completed. We do a final walk through with you to ensure the project’s results have achieved your complete satisfaction.
